Overview

Summary The Supply Chain Process Leader will lead the setup and on-going execution of the activities supporting the Global Inventory Optimization and alignment with S&OP Process. This position is based in Thetford but will allow for a split between being site based and home based. Please note UK and Global travel is required in this role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports and Provides Guidance to Regional CIP Leaders Evaluate Supply Chain processes to drive inventory & service level improvements Leverage statistics to identify relevant improvement projects Validate KPI (regional & global) to ensure right behavior and performance is being measured and achieved Support Regional CIP Lead in Value Stream Mapping workshops to identify improvement opportunities; feeding a continuous pipeline Facilitate reviews of improvement opportunities with relevant stakeholders Report monthly progress against KPIs, highlighting risk, opportunities & mitigation Ensure ongoing projects are included in the forecast and budget processes Map as-is SC planning processes and propose improved to-be based on the potential of SC planning tools Set up new reports to monitor project results and support review at global level Organise additional training and workshop on SC planning tools when required Support data validation and review during implementation and stabilization of SYNC / Rapid Response tool across Europe Initiate continuous improvements processes being a SPARK champion Qualifications You will be forward thinking and self-motivated Previous experience in a supply chain role (global experience preferred) Ability to turn analysis into actionable plan Pro-active problem solving attitude, analytical skills, target oriented, and capacity to add value to Supply Chain & Manufacturing processes Experience working with senior stakeholders and able to successfully deliver projects at this level Supply Chain qualification desired but not essential Clear understanding of the key aspects of Supply Chain Planning and Control 6s Green Belt" qualification desired but not essential RAPID RESPONSE experience desired but not essential Excellent ability to communicate, collaborate and influence
