Overview
Sheffield City Council Require 10 Level 2 Social Workers to cover Coronavirus absences. We require Social workers to undertake working responsibilities in line with the organisations response to the current CONVID 19 absences. Expectation for the workers will be to carry out: Essential assessments as may be required. Experience of safeguarding issues supporting vulnerable adults Facilitating hospital discharges Extensive experience of working with a multi-disciplinary team. Experience of completing Mental capacity assessments Presenting reports to the panel, Court of Protection cases Person Specification You must hold a relevant Social Work Qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, DIPSW) and be on the SWE register.
