Overview

I have a fantastic opportunity for a House Manager to join a well established, nationwide organisation that cares for Adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health. You will be working with between 7-10 Adults, across 3 residential homes in the Sheffield city centre area. The services specialise in supporting young adults into independence and employment. Responsibilities To ensure all adults in your care are supported and cared for appropriately. You will ensure the quality assurance is completed for the service you manage. Manage a team of support staff Manage supervisions for your staff team Assist with recruitment and onboarding Line Manager a number of staff members Salary and Hours £22,290 - £25,898, dependant on experience and qualifications 40hrs, can include sleepovers but this is to cover gaps or support new staff, shift pattern on rota basis predominantly evening and weekend work in Adults' residential team houses Sleeps paid at an additional £74 per sleep Requirements Supervisory experience, Senior Support Worker or above. Driving Licence is desirable, but not essential Experience in a residential setting with challenging behaviours.
