Our client is whose success comes from its commitment to satisfy its clients and make them happy is looking for an exceptional candidate who will be in charge of maximizing sales performances of this small call centre supporting the sales agents. Supporting the Manager your Key Responsibilities will include: Be co-responsible for providing the best quality of service & productivity for all channels Be co-responsible for the brand image & positioning of the business within the upscale strategy Be co-responsible in attaining the call centre targets and budgets Maximize, both direct and indirect sales, by optimising the team’s performance & ensuring that sales priorities and objectives are met Guarantee the highest level of customer service is provided at all times Manage the team whilst respecting the HR processes and develop constantly your team’s skills and knowledge Candidate Requirements: Previous experience supervising a team of 6 people minimum Knowledge of Client management range of services and products, B2B and/or B2C sales conditions, Group & Sales policy, call centre expertise, sales processes. Target oriented and Client oriented Entrepreneurial spirit, persistent & demanding, open-minded, team player. Experience in the sales industry &/or the tourism industry, team leadership experience, customer relations experience. Education: A Level as a minimum Languages: English, and French is a plus
