Paid Social Media Executive (Online Fashion Retailer)
Overview
The Company: An excellent opportunity for a Paid Social Media Executive to join a fast growing online Fashion Ladieswear Retailer. The candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience running successful paid social campaigns, brand or agency side. You will strive to understand our consumer needs and any challenges that they face. You’ll find new ways to help drive the business forward. . Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. The Role: Creation of the Paid Social Media strategy. Implementation of the strategy; working with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each campaign. Creation of bespoke landing pages to aid the campaigns. Delivery of projects on platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook and Twitter. Ongoing daily/weekly optimisation of campaigns. Analysing campaign performance and making adjustments accordingly. Manage paid social media projects that deliver amazing results each and every time. Making sure best practice marketing techniques are at the heart of everything they do. Keeping directors up to date on individual KPIs. Other duties as required. Skills Required: MUST have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with Paid Social campaigns (in-house or agency). Experience in all aspects of paid media - Google AdWords, Bing, Display, Programmatic, Social PPC. Proficiency in Google Analytics. Ability to analyse and improve results. Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards. Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach. A willingness to learn, research and use initiative. Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results Excellent time management skills. Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise. Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs. Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills.
