Are you passionate about quality and compliance? About the role As the Quality Manager, reporting into the Director of Quality and supporting the Senior Management Team you will be responsible for the management of operational & quality compliance, ensuring that the learning meets the programme funding as well as quality contract requirements. What will you do? Ensure full compliance is maintained at audit and inspection Assist and support the Vice President and Director of Quality with the implementation of the annual quality, safeguarding and equality strategy and development plan for the business Conduct operations & quality compliance audit across all learning programmes Identify good practice areas for improvement Carry out surveys and co-ordinate a statistical analysis of the quality of training delivered to learners as well as safeguarding Attend external meetings and events Do you have? Must have a proven background within a similar role in an apprenticeship environment Acted as an OFSTED nominee recently Experience with ESFA funded programmes Audit compliance and programme development experience Strong administration skills Policy and procedure writing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to deal with professionals at a senior level Effective time management Be used to working within a target driven environment and to tight deadlines Hold relevant qualifications Due to the nature of the role, you will have a UK full driving licence and access to a vehicle Willingness to travel throughout the UK Company Description GP Strategies Training Limited is one of the UK’s top 10 providers of apprenticeship training having delivered to over 7,000 learners at over 1,800 employer sites.
