Responsibilities as our Quality Manager: - Lead Stockport QA team, approx. 15 direct reports including their development and performance management - Ensure the satisfactory completion of all monthly speech and non-speech performance audits across all in-scope service operational areas - Review and sign off the accuracy of the audit data collected once the monthly audits have been completed - Production of monthly and quarterly dashboards for key stakeholders and senior management - Arrange and jointly chair the monthly, quarterly quality forums, - Help organise the bi-annual QMS management review meeting, - Jointly manage the ISO 9001/2015 assessment process ensuring continued achievement of the required standards - Work closely with key stakeholders within the business, agree the scope, prioritisation and the implementation of regular and ad hoc risk audits - Jointly manage operational risks that have been identified that may impact upon the delivery of Quality Assurance in Vitality Health - Jointly represents Vitality Health on the Discovery Group Quality Management Forum To become our Quality Manager, you will have the below skills and experience: Essential - Significant experience of proven leadership capability in a quality assurance environment - Detailed understanding of business process methodologies and techniques used to measure performance of service agents - Experience of planning and conducting audits across a range of different business processes - Proven ability to communicate results at all levels and influence other business areas to deliver quality results - Extensive experience of managing & leading on ISO 9001/2015 certifications Desirable - An industry recognised qualification and / or certified accredited training in quality auditing - BSI Qualifications relating to ISO 9001:2015 standards Closing Date: Friday 27th March 2020 Working for Vitality , you'll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.
