Quality Systems Manager Job ref: 62552 | £50,000 | Oxfordshire The company You will be working for a highly successful, well established food business which is part of one of Europe’s fasting growing food groups. The job Your overall purpose as Quality Systems Manager will be to maintain the food safety and quality manual (quality system) and support audits, supplier approval, specifications, recipe management, raw material integrity and customer complaints. You will ensure the quality manual is fully updated, coach and mentor the Quality Systems Coordinator, oversee the supplier approval process and management, ensure all packaging is fit for purpose, approval of all new raw materials and packaging required by the NPD team, carry out supplier audits, manage internal audits plus ensure all factory processes are monitored in line with customer COPs. Your experience We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with strong QA/technical experience from within food manufacturing. You will be Intermediate HACCP qualified, be experienced in maintaining quality systems and preferably be a holder of Lead Auditor qualification. The business is looking for a determined and focused individual who can demonstrate their passion for continuous improvement of quality systems and procedures and contribute to the ongoing success and technical integrity of the business.
