Overview

A candidate with an excellent attitude and bundles of enthusiasm to join our professional Finance team. We are looking for an individual to manage our various portal processes and ensure our invoicing cycle runs smoothly and efficiently. The position will manage the full process from inputting bookings to consolidating invoices. You will be an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail. You must be numerate and have great verbal and written communication skills. Duties and responsibilities Collecting and analysing information Completing weekly & daily audits Performing database maintenance daily Prepare and update various timesheet portals Managing workflow to ensure all transactions have been processed accurately in a timely manner timely Communicating with other departments Analyse and resolve any portal issues and queries Assisting consultants with bookings on timesheet portals Required Skills and abilities: Solid computer skills with a proficiency in Excel a must: experience with V look up and pivot table is a plus 1 year of experience in a similar role (Ideally) Strong Analytical and technical skills Ability to quickly learn and utilise necessary Software programs Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines Attention to details, the ability to take initiative, excellent management and prioritization abilities is required Ability to communicate with external and internal stakeholders patient and tenacious BENEFITS: A great working life balance from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Excellent benefits including work-based pension Extra day off for your birthday One duvet day per year Highly competitive salary
