Overview
You’re probably doing a similar role in your current firm. What's different here is the environment in which you'll be doing it and the progression opportunities available. You’ll be joining a great team where everyone chips in and gets their hands dirty. They work hard, hit deadlines and are very much in it together. It's a flat hierarchy where your Manager, who joined the firm in a similar role to this and has since progressed, will provide you with the support you need to succeed. You'll also have the opportunity to become the Office Fifa/Pool champion of the office and you won't be working 45/50 hour weeks, so can enjoy a life outside of work. There’s fantastic opportunity to progress which is demonstrated by members of the leadership team who started out in this exact role. They retain their staff well but the growth being experienced by the firm means you won't be short on progression opportunities. The role itself will be mostly accounts prep but you will get the chance to prepare management accounts and support your clients with data analysis. The role goes beyond this though. The firm actively encourage the development of professional relationships with your clients to provide them with the best service. You might be fully qualified (ACA / ACCA) or even AAT.
