Overview
Quantity Surveyor Birmingham £25,000 to £30,000 Penguin Recruitment is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join one of our Clients in Birmingham. The company have been around for over a century and work within the residential, infrastructure mixed-used and industrial. You will have the ambition and drive to deliver a high-quality professional service and will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels and good client-facing skills. They will have effective problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions, be a good team worker, with the ability to work with the minimum of supervision using their own initiative with a flexible approach to work with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Requirements: You Must hold at least 18 months' experience Graduated with at least a 2:1 in a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a Civil Engineering or related subject You'll be passionate with the curiosity and creativity to solve problems You'll want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice You'll have excellent communication skills The company can offer an excellent starting salary and benefits package, including training opportunities with professional institutions medical care and pension.
