Overview

As the Senior ER Advisor for this Central London based Head Office you will be responsible for the following: To review and develop effective HR policies, procedures and processes, ensuring these are communicated and implemented effectively. Ensure proactive, accurate and timely support for employee cases, such as Disciplinary, Grievance, Performance management, Absence management, Dismissals, Appeals, Redundancy, TUPE and Tribunals. Advising on Company policies and procedures including investigations and disciplinary matters ensuring the correct documentation is completed. Undertake and take ownership of any special projects on behalf of the Employee Relations Manager, HR Manager, or Senior HR Business Partner. Assist the HR team with their day to day matters when necessary Working pro-actively with line management on employee relations issues to prevent escalation and reach an early resolution.
