Overview
I am working on behalf of a very reputable Domiciliary Care Service provider that requires a new Registered Branch Manager for their established branch in Huntingdon. The Company: They are an established community-based care and support provider that was established in 2001. Since then, they have grown to become a leading provider of community-based social care and support for vulnerable adults and children living across England and Wales. They support thousands of people, encouraging them to live independently in their own homes by providing a wide range of care and support services for people with diverse backgrounds and needs. Rapidly growing company with visions of expanding even more within the next year. The role: This role as Registered Branch Manager involves running the operation of the branch. They are looking to increase the hours delivered quickly but not at the detriment of the quality of care. They have a mixture of contracts with both local authorities and private clients. You will be responsible for managing the day to day duties of the branch including care plans, risk assessments, audits and adhering to all CQC regulations etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties. This role is a full-time role. The Person: You will be a strong & experienced Registered Branch Manager and have a proven successful track record within care. You will be experienced within quality and compliance within the care sector. You will have excellent leadership qualities, ability to time manage effectively, a driven individual and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running working off your own initiative.
