Registered Nurse - Nursing Home - Outstanding CQC Location St Ives, Cornwall Position: Staff Nurse - (RN, RMN, RGN, RNLD) Care Categories: Dementia & Physical care also Alzheimer's & Motor Neurone Disease Service: General and mental health care in older Adults Salary: £16.50 - £17.00 per hour £31,000 - £41,300 (negotiable depending on experience) Paid Breaks Hours: Full time hours or Part time hours depending on preference (24,36,48) Flexible Shifts: Days shifts or Night shifts or a mixture of both Contract type: Permanent Weekend, Nights and Bank holiday enhancements Paid DBS Check All Outstanding & Good Care Quality Commission (CQC) Rating Excellent Score 9.6/10 on Carehome.co.uk Nursing Home Details: We are looking for a highly motivated nurse either newly qualified or experienced RN, adult nurse, RMN, mental health nurse, RNLD, learning disability nurse to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in St Ives, Cornwall. Staff care for people who need residential or nursing support. A team of carers and nurses work closely with residents and their loved ones, to make sure that they always have the help and resources they need to live a full and happy life. By combining a professional approach with a firm focus on the individuality of every person who lives there, staff really get to know residents and develop a relationship with them that is based on understanding and empathy. The staff are all passionate about the work that they do. Home Manager: Looking after people has always come naturally to her with over 20 years' experience in the healthcare sector. Her role varies on a day to day basis but her general duties are to support our residents' wellbeing - this includes continual assessments and reviews with families and multidisciplinary teams.
