Overview
Working on behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced sales administrator to work in the office in Tonbridge. This position would suit somebody who has previous experience in sales and administration. Working alongside the business development managers you will be required to complete orders, complete invoices, liaise with customer/clients via email and resolve any queries or questions. You will also be involved in managing up to date reports on sales and creating presentations/ documents for clients to see. Daily duties; Manage CRM system and updating customer details/ records Become familiar with all company processes and products Inbox management Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Keeping in touch with customer with any changes to products Experience required; Sales support (1 year) Administration Experience using Microsoft office programs Word, Excel & Powerpoint For more information please contact
