General Manager £60,000 - £70,000 Days Coventry Company Profile I am looking for a motivated General Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing company. This role will suit someone who is looking to utilise their skills to help keep a state-of-the-art production facility maintained to a high standard. Reporting directly to CEO, you will be involved in all aspects of project planning, installation and modifications within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. Essential Requirements: IOSH or NEBOSH qualified ILM Level 5 or equivalent Proven experience in a Lean industrial/Production environment Experience in managing and developing others Experience interacting with complex production assets Examples of improvements led or facilitated by individual Applying Contractor Permitting, Risk Assessments, Accident and Near miss response Experienced and capable manager of people Experience controlling P&L, budget control and sales forecasting Key Attributes: Ability to work autonomously Guided by legislation, performance targets and best practice Able to ensure all data recording & input is accurate Punctual and will foster that in others Able to provide leadership where problem solving is required Excellent interpersonal skills In return for your commitment my client offers a stable and secure career for technically motivated engineers.
