Aurora Resourcing are recruiting for a Service manager on behalf of an IFA which has been rated OUTSTANDING by Ofsted consistently throughout its history and take genuine pride in caring as much about its staff as it does about their children and young people You will be responsible for the day to day management and the development of the social work team so it is essential the right candidate has fantastic leadership skills, fully conversant with the Fostering Regulations and National Minimum Standards and the drive and passion in providing and promoting a high premium on the quality of support and care to Foster Carers.
