Fostering Service Manager - IFA An 'Outstanding' Therapeutic Fostering Agency are looking for a Fostering Service Manager to join their team in Norfolk. As Fostering Service Manager responsible for the day to day management and the development of the social work team. The Agency was rated Outstanding in their most recent OFSTED Inspection meaning that you will be joining a high quality service that is genuinely creating the best possible outcomes for its children and young people in placement. The position offers: 28 days annual leave Birthdays off Fostertalk membership Private health care Good Health days (if you have no sickness within a 6 month period you get a further day off) To be considered for this position you will be a Qualified Social Worker with excellent knowledge of Fostering Regulations and Minimum Standards. You will have previously managed a social work team and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
