Overview

Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Social Worker within the Disabled Childrens Team in Bury St Edmunds. Contract – 3 month agency contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis. Working hours – Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 Rate of pay – £30 - 32 per hour This is negotiable depending on experience – please send over your CV with the required rate. About the role To undertake professional and comprehensive casework for a complex caseload of children and young people To contribute to the provision of good quality services which integrate government and local initiatives and guidance (including Working Together, ChildProtection procedures, Looked After Children’s processes, the Assessment Framework and Common Assessment Framework) Manage complex caseloads, and offer expert support to case conferences, and product high quality assessments and reports for a range of functions About you HCPC registration Degree in Social Work Previous experience within a disabled children’s team About us We offer a £250 referral bonus – so please pass on any details to someone who you think may be interested We supply to hundreds of councils across the UK
