Social Worker - Children with Disabilities Further Career Development - South London Our client is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team. You will join a great team with a supportive manager, offering consistent and steady supportive structure. The management team are happy to help their staff and this would give you the opportunity to learn from the management at the organisation. This will allow you the opportunity to progress your career, share ideas and be creative. Local authorities that need to improve are open to forward thinking career patterns, this experience will provide dividends in your future career. The ideal candidate would need extensive post qualifying experience, which would allow you to join the local authority and hit the ground running. The local authority is dedicated to maintaining continually low caseloads per social worker by ensuring that they have a steady stream of experienced social workers across the services. Ideally you would need experience in a Children with Disabilities team, however experience with children in need and child protection may also be considered. You would need a full driving license and have a vehicle.
