Overview
Social Worker - Children's Safeguarding & Support - Corby - up to £34,233 per annum welcome payment We are now seeking an experienced qualified social worker to join our vibrant, enthusiastic and supportive team in Corby. You will be joining a team of five qualified social workers, a newly qualified social worker a family support worker and a team manager. This high-performing team embraces the signs of safety model and way of working to improve outcomes for children and their families. There is an emphasis on good quality supervision, including 1:1, group and informal and there is an open door policy with visible manager support available at all times. In this role as a social worker you will deliver and provide social work services, at a level appropriate for a professionally qualified post, to young people and families to ensure the welfare of children and young people is safeguarded and they are protected in accordance with the legal and statutory obligations of Northamptonshire County Council.
