My client is looking for a skilled and motivational Service Manager or Registered Manager to manage a residential home which offers specialist care and support to vulnerable adults with autism and learning disabilities. We are looking for a Manager who is focused on delivering high quality care, motivating staff teams, installing a best practice culture and delivering person centred care. For this role, you will be offered a fantastic salary of £32,000-£34,000 plus a host of employee benefits.
