Job Registered Manager Location High Wycombe Reference JM - 3255 Hampton's are working in partnership with a Children's residential care provider who are looking for a permanent Registered Home Manager to manage a new 4/5 bedded EBD home in High Wycombe. The Role The Registered Manager will report to the Operations Manager and will lead and direct their team to ensure the highest quality care is provided. The organisation is committed to providing the very best they can for every person, to support them to grow and reach their full potential. The company is looking for a Registered Manager who has the drive and personal ethos to direct the service to the best results for the children they care for. This home will utilise an in-house therapeutic model with 1-to-1 care. You will have access to dedicated in-house social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists and a purpose-built education team. You will be given every tool possible to enable you to have an Outstanding home with the best possible outcomes for children. What you will bring Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. Experience in Children's residential care Understanding of a variety of different therapeutic models. Experience dealing with Children dealing with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
