Artificial Intelligence Product Owner
Overview
My client is looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence Product Owner to assist us on what will initially be a 6-month long contract assignment. Key Responsibilities include: Lead the set up of a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) team for one of our clients, tasked with developing new AI solutions and delivering them into production, achieving tangible business benefits Understanding business challenges and creating valuable actionable insights Enabling the business to make data-driven decisions Define and execute the path from development environments to production Migration of AI concepts through a governance model including selection, risk management, approval, etc. Leading a team of data scientists and developers who will design and build the AI products. Essential skills At least 5 years' professional experience as Product Owner or Product Manager, including: Leading a team Managing a network of stakeholders - internal, with clients, or with partners Managing complex projects, including oversight of deliverables, resources, and budget Working on more than one part of the product lifecycle across discovery, design and build, launch, scale, and maturity Experience delivering an AI solution into a production environment is critical. Experience defining the post-live maintenance approach for AI solutions or Machine Learning models is also desired. The ability to articulate complex AI and data science concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential to this role. A working understanding of the following is preferable, though hands-on coding experience is not mandatory: Deploying machine learning models and systems to production Implementing Machine Learning algorithms (e.g. regression, classification, topic modelling, time series). Big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Redshift, SQL or similar) Agile development methods Bonus points: Financial services industry experience DevOps experience (Git, CI etc) Cloud deployment experience (Azure, GCP, AWS etc) Hands-on Machine Learning model development experience Eames Consulting is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
