After you’ve completed the necessary training, you’ll be heavily involved with the daily responsibilities of a qualified Mortgage Broker, this means hitting targets regularly, providing a 5-star service to clients and overall, making an enviable amount of money in commission. To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have recently become fully CeMAP qualified and ideally have some experience or exposure to the mortgage industry. Experience within financial services in general will also be considered, but you must still be CeMAP qualified. You will enjoy working in a busy environment, where high-quality leads are provided to the brokers on a daily basis. Full admin support is also available, ensuring that you’ll only have to focus on one thing: writing business You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £21K, going up to £23K once you reach "competent advisor status". As well as your base salary, you can expect an OTE of £40K for year one The working hours are 9am til 6pm (Monday to Friday) and you will be required to work some Saturdays or Sundays, where in return, you will be given a day off in lieu during the week.
