The job The purpose of your role as Production Line Chef, will be to assist with the prepping, cooking and continuous improvement of all delicious, prepared products. All products are hand-cooked to perfection and the Production Chefs are at the heart of the business. Working in a team of chefs, kitchen porters, platers and mixers you will produce delicious meals, each and every time. The company offer a great development program, so you will learn from the best with plenty of opportunities to grow within the business. Your experience The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a clear passion and for food and flavours in order to create top quality products. You will have practical experience in a kitchen or food production environment (ready meals manufacturing experience is a huge plus). You will keen to take on a challenge, learn new skills and always be looking for improvement. You will also be a great team player with excellent communication skills. More details The Production Line Chef job is based in the London region and is paying £18,000 - £22,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The company offers excellent perks including 24 days holiday ( 8 bank holidays), pension plan, stock options, career development plan, quarterly socials and weekly staff-led activities. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm or 12 pm – 8 pm.
