Job title: Production Section Leader (Nights) Location: Peterborough Reference: HB4566 A key player in the Fresh Produce and FMCG sector is looking for a talented and driven Section Leader to join the team. This role will be very challenging but also very satisfying and rewarding. The type of candidate the company is looking for is someone who can lead and deliver high customer service and expectations. As part of the role you will be responsible for supporting the Production Section Leaders in delivering and maintain all KPI's and working under highly tight deadlines. You will be carrying out all training and recruitment for your team and identifying areas that need improvement, and supporting your line workers with their development. Adhering to all Health and Safety guidelines. Due to the nature of the business you must be able to work under pressure and manage your time prioritising your schedule. Flexibility is essential due to production and being able to work on your own initiative is a must. Ideal Candidate Experience working a production/manufacturing company. Excellent problem-solving skills to carryout duties and adapt to changes in the business. Strong communication skills to develop strong relationships with other departments and customers.
