Job Title: Nightshift Senior Section Leader Salary: £32000 - £37000 per annum Location: Cambridgeshire Reference: HB4565 Our client is one of the market leaders in the FMCG sector and are looking for an ambitious Nightshift Senior Section Leader to join them. Due to continued growth, they are looking to evolve their Production Team and this excellent opportunity in return offers a competitive basic salary along with a chance to evolve in an established company filled with opportunities for progression. You will be required to work closely with your team and demonstrate strong management skills in order to motivate them and drive KPI's. This will also include delivering excellent customer service through effective management ensuring customer specifications and compliance health and safety obligations. You will need to have a strong focus on budgetary control and continue to promote a continuous improvement culture to drive down costs and increase profitability. Ideal Candidate Previous management experience in an FMCG/Fresh Produce or Food company. Proven track record with continuous improvement methods and a strong understanding of lean techniques. Able to use own initiative and foresee potential problems that may arise. Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships with staff and customers.
