Overview
Head of Fostering - Outstanding IFA salary: £50,000 to £60,000, plus car allowance and performance related bonuses NonStop Care is recruiting for a permanent Head of Fostering for an Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the East and West Midlands region ensuring that high standards and compliance with legislation is maintained. You will have responsibility for the performance management and on-going development of the Operational Management team influencing its cohesiveness and motivation levels within the region and offering professional mentoring when required. Also, you will hold the Ofsted registration. The salary package includes a car allowance and a performance related bonus. Please apply if you have previous experience in a Registered Manager role or if you have front line service delivery experience. You must have a good understanding of the Fostering legislation, budget management experience and a Social Work Degree. You must also have a driving license.
