Overview
Our client, a niche private client firm, conveniently located for commuters from Leeds and Bradford, is seeking a Conveyancer to join their team (salary £35,000). This would be an ideal role for a Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner who would prefer to avoid "factory" conveyancing and recognises the importance of client care. Residential Property is the main part of the brief although commercial property experience would also be welcomed. The office covers all types of transactions including: Sale and purchase Remortgage New Build Transfers of Equity Salary: up to £35,000 plus benefits Hours: full time (part time could be considered) Residential Conveyancer Outskirts of Leeds Clark Legal provides a very personal, caring and confidential service, second to none.
