Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Research Executive to join a well-established telemarketing agency based in Birmingham. As a Telephone Research Executive you will be required to conduct outbound calls from the in-house database system to update existing contact names, job titles, email address's and relevant company information from a reception level. There will be no sales involved. Intially the role is temporary for 6 months, however this could become permanent for the right candidate. Requirements: Previous telephone experience Assertive telephone manner Moderate typing speed Self motivated Attention to detail is a MUST along with accuracy towards spelling Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3pm Hourly Rate: £8.50ph rising to £9ph after month 1 To apply for the Telephone Research Executive role, please click apply and follow the application process.
