Job Title: Financial Planner Location: Oxfordshire - Field Based Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 The Company: A Specialist Financial Planning firm who offer advise across Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, Mortgages and Protection are looking to add to their advising team. This firm have strong professional connections with a National partner that provides a steady lead source as well as offering full back office, paraplanning and compliance support. They are a growing firm with a good reputation and multiple advisors across several offices. The Role: Due to ongoing success and also have some legacy clients available to offer an incoming advisor, this firm is looking to add a new advisor to the team who they can develop and help build on a client base. There is full back office support and will be leads, clients and training available for the incoming advisor. This role has the option to be home-based and offer high levels of flexibility, so it would suit an existing advisor who has experience of working remotely and is looking for a firm to provide a more profitable structure in which to operate within. The Required Skills: Essential: - Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning - Experience of working within a Financial Planning Firm in an advising position previously - Competent Advisor Status. Desirable: - Strong knowledge around Pensions and Investments - An ambition to continue study towards Chartered Status
