Overview
Job Title: Health Economics and Payer Evidence Lead (AD level) Salary: 650/day Location: Cambridge (2 days WFH/week) A Senior level global role to work in collaboration with Clinical Project, Medical Evidence and Observational Research and Payer teams to design and implement Health Economic and Payer Evidence Strategies at one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Your role includes: Provide input and guidance across multiple teams, including market access & pricing strategies, payer evidence plans and pharmaceutical development projects Lead strategic planning of payer analytics throughout the entire process (including clinical trial design, economic modelling and comparative effectiveness) to support market access and reimbursement for assigned projects. Represent health economics and payer evidence in interactions with cross-functional team members by providing input to clinical and programme design, PROs and real-world evidence to support payers needs. Generate peer reviewed scientific publications, as well as effective communication of complex ideas for use with both payers and other stakeholders Experience and Qualifications required: Graduate / College degree in biomedical science, business, quantitative disciplines or economics (essential). Formal post graduate degree in health economics or a related quantitative discipline, or substantial work experience in the discipline (essential). Payer launch experience at a local or global level (desirable). Expert knowledge and technical capability in health economics and payer evidence needs at an international level within pharmaceutical development, especially economic modelling and evidence synthesis.
