Newly created role £65,000 - £70,000 We are currently partnering with a highly regarded boutique/specialist law firm, assisting them with their search for a Learning and Development Specialist. This is one London’s stand out boutique law firms, 150 strong with 5-star West End offices, and one of the most progressive and forward thinking cultures, heavily based on support and career development for its own people. They are currently looking to recruit an L&D expert, who is set on implementing new ideas and initiatives, and can offer a solid background working within legal or professional services. The incoming specialist can look forward to lots of variety and it’s an opportunity to really make an impact. Because the role is newly created, they are looking for someone with experience of designing and delivering bespoke, learner-centred skills development interventions, with an ability to develop strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
