Overview
Fast-growing, acquisitive, private-equity backed software company requires a Financial Controller to report into the Finance Director and lead a team of 15. This is an excellent role for an ambitious, qualified accountant, looking to take the next step up in their career. Hgh profile role working with FD, CFO and senior management teamm, as well as external stakeholders. Responsibilities include: - Day-to-day responsibility for managing and developing finance team - Financial reporting and Group consolidations. - Oversee all aspects of monthly reporting. - Year end statutory accounts. - Tax and VAT - Implement and improve processes and controls You will be a qualified accountant with a strong financial accounting skillset and a background in audit / compliance. Strong ERP systems experience. Strong financial control and process background. Ability to identify issues and implement / improve processes and controls.
