Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Established Pizza Delivery & Store Salary: Up-to £28,000 Location: London Who will you be working for? You will be working with one of the most known brands internationally in the Pizza Game – This franchise operates nearly 30 stores throughout London & has been steadily growing since inception. This is a challenging & hands-on role filled with bundles of opportunity for career growth & training. What are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager within a fast-paced environment who has been in the role at least 1 year, ideally with experience in an in-house delivery operation (not Uber/Deliveroo), a long with managing a busy restaurant you will be responsible for a team of delivery drivers & the surrounding logistics. Although the financial side of the business Is key and you will be highly involved this is an operations focused role primarily. Responsibilities – Managing service in a fast-paced environment Ensuring delivery team is performing to standard Managing delivery logistics Maintaining the brands standard across operations. Growing local sales Management of internal POS Stock/Payroll/Recruitment Leading/motivating your team with great customer service Internal training & development Work hand in hand with your kitchen team to drive sales & smash targets Adhere to budgets & KPI’s (Labour/Wet & Dry GP) Does this sound like you?
