Job Description Link Asset Services currently has an exciting opportunity available for an Administrator to join our Share Plans team. This is a great opportunity for a team player with operational experience within the financial sector and exposure to complex Excel formulas to enter into a role within an FCA regulated environment and gain invaluable experience in providing service excellence to clients who have outsourced responsibility of their employee share plans. Reporting into the Supervisor for the Share Plans team, the successful individual will be responsible for ensuring that the share plans are administered adhering to the relevant rules, procedures, guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements. This is a role that impacts on both clients and participants. Whilst specific experience of share plans is not required, experience of working in an operational role and A-Levels or equivalent, would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities include: Initial Grant of Awards/Options Maintenance of participant data Management of leavers Reconciliations Client Reporting Processing and calculation of Maturities Processing of sales and transfers Participant support Qualifications Strong customer service skills Strong planning and organisational ability Intermediate/Advanced excel skills (including complex formulas) Keen interest in working in the financial sector, specific interest in shares and options Experience of working within the financial sector (desirable) A Level qualified with GCSE in Maths and English at A - C level.
