Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced project for the country's leading registrar. The role will be dealing with shareholders over the phone as well as postal and email correspondence. Client Details Our client are a leading global provider of financial administration solutions. Description The key responsibilities of the role are as follows: Handling of all shareholder communication, from initial sorting of post to provision of responses, including all incoming and outgoing communication by telephone Accurately arranging for replacement cheques to be issued to shareholders using the appropriate company systems Registration and validation of a range of legal documentation against shareholdings Support and assist other team members/business areas as necessary Undertake project work where required to do so by management Profile The successful candidate will: Be a fluent German speaker High level understanding of German/Austrian legal documentation as desired Previous experience in an administrative role Telephony experience The ability to work in a fast paced environment Job Offer The chance to work for a fantastic company with a competitive salary package
