Epson are seeking to recruit a talented and detail-orientated CRM Sales Force (SFA) Automation Manager. Reporting into the EMEAR CRM SFA Management Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the regional support of Spain and Portugal in the design, introduction and adoption of the infrastructure which drives Sales force behaviours across the business and will act as a Lead Key User for EMEAR CRM reporting. This role is based out of our Sales and Marketing Offices, in Hemel Hempstead, UK with Ad-hoc travel around Europe. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Regional Sales teams to ensure proper and timely adoption of the tools/related processes and ensure alignment to the management strategy Provide tailored training sessions to new Users/coaching sessions to existing Users in Spanish & English Contribute to the design, implementation and use of any key business process and report aimed at ensuring adoption of Sales methodologies defined by the Central Sales Management. This can include the execution and distribution of agreed reports. It might also include the ownership, on behalf of the Central CRM team, of new key functions design Ensure the correct adoption of pipeline management by any Sales team in scope, and support the pipeline review in any Sales team Support data integrity in the area of CRM SFA processes (including data policing, business highlights and recommendations to adjust/clean data) Contribute to the design of adequate workflows to better support Sales process efficiency, and ensure the requested sales methodologies are well implemented across the Organisation Support the definition and creation of CRM related local change requests and then follow up with the Central CRM team and IT departments Act as MSD Local System Administrator, managing the CRM Users' Journey for the CRM SFA related processes not only for the assigned Region, but fill in for other Regional CRM SFA Managers when needed Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Essential: Business process understanding (tender sales, pipeline management and account development planning) Consolidated CRM experience (User, trainer, coach, data analyst and administrator) Confident, with the ability to provide training to sales teams Advanced Excel user (able to work with large data sets from multiple sources) Capable of self-motivated working Fluent spoken and written Spanish & English MS Office (PowerPoint, Word etc.) Ability to work with others in the business remotely I.e. via video conference, phone and email Desirable: MS Access, Dashboard software (i.e. Power BI, Tableau), SQL MS Dynamics SAP BO eLearning course creator (i.e. Articulate) Contextual guidance builder using advanced automation software (i.e. WalkMe) If you are seeking an opportunity to support the design and full introduction of the infrastructure which impacts and drives sales force behaviour within a leading brand organization, we are keen to hear from you.
