Overview

Occupational Health Administrator £19,000-£20,000 We are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Administrator to work at our client site based in Cowley, Oxford. The successful individual will be required to work Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of 8.30am-5.00pm. The successful applicant will be an integral part of our Occupational Health team, providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care our clients receive by supporting the Occupational Health (OH) Clinical Team by performing all aspects of Administration work required to ensure successful running of the OH service. Complete all work to a high standard within required time limits Co-ordination and maintenance of diaries/appointments for all clinical staff Assist in the production of OH monthly reports and statistics Assist in auditing clinical note input onto Gateway Taking meeting notes and producing minutes e.g. OH Team Management Meeting General admin including the uploading of clinical notes Stationery - liaising with the Customer to place orders when necessary. Ensure stock in office is kept to ideal levels Maintenance of own computer files and emails Taking telephone messages Reception duties Additional administrative duties for clinical staff as and when required Use of multiple databases and internet systems for recording of stats Benefits 25 Days Holiday, Health Cash Plan, Perkbox Essential Skills 5 x Standard GCSE grades Previous administration experience in a similar environment Possess excellent PC and software skills and abilities, mainly Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook High level of professionalism to be demonstrated at all times Attention to detail and ability to prioritise a vast workload are critical Be self-motivated and demonstrate ability to work using their own initiative Good customer service skills as majority of role involves liaising with clients Work as part of the OH team with health professionals Communicate with all levels of staff and demonstrate good customer engagement skills Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills & discretion on confidential medical matters over the telephone, via e-mail and with face to face interaction Excellent time management Desired Skills Experience of working within a clinical environment Experience in an Occupational Health setting Commercially aware Experience of handling of sensitive and confidential data Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
