Overview

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to support the finance team in a unique but exciting working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Purchase Ledger, have great attention to detail and knowledge of accounting software. Key Responsibilities: Day to day management of the purchase ledger function Invoice coding and posting into the accounts system Maintaining the purchase orders Preparation of the monthly payment run for review Setting up payments on the online banking system Regular review and maintenance of the creditor’s ledger Liaising with various stakeholders including senior management Assisting operational areas of the business when necessary Weekly petty cash reconciliations Based on the location of this position you must hold a current drivers licence and transport.
