Overview
Our client in High Wycombe is looking for someone to join their growing Finance Team at their Head Office. The Role: Matching invoices and reconciliation and PO's. Manage weekly supplier payment runs. Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements. Maintaining purchase ledger with correct and accurate details Liaising with suppliers regarding queries arising from the supplier statements Inputting new suppliers and updating supplier records accurately Invoice filing/other adhoc filing Query chasing and resolution. Working within company policies, reviewing systems and improving processes where needed About You: Experience with full purchase ledger cycle Excellent attention to detail Team focused Excellent communicator Able to work to tight deadlines, manage work loads Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
