Graduate Finance Assistant - Central London: £25,000 - £27,000 Are you looking to become a Qualified ACCA Accountant within the next 3 years? Do you want full study support as part of your package? Our client, a world leading Technology business is recruiting a Graduate Finance Assistant to join their growing business. Providing a full study package, they are committed to bringing you on board and developing your career. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller and working with some of the worlds largest financial institutions your duties will include; Processing and reviewing all purchase invoices. Doing coding and comparing to budget. Liaising with Suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolving queries. Processing and reviewing all receipts and purchase invoices relating to company credit cards. Doing coding and comparing to budget. Cash management including posting daily cash receipts and payments. Managing petty cash and ensuring a reasonable balance, reconciling and dealing with Forex differences at the end of the month. Preparing the monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts, including accounting for the Forex translation at month end. Creditor’s Reconciliations to be performed monthly for the inclusion in month end files. Dealing with the aged creditor’s listing, ensuring that it reconciles on a weekly/ monthly basis to our control accounts. Assisting in preparing some monthly general ledger reconciliations. Chasing timesheets. Filing of invoices, expense claims, credit card statements and bank statements, along with general filing and archiving. Other adhoc tasks.
