Overview
Quantity Surveyor - London This 5-star residential developer are delivering a new community, mixed used development in North London. They require an experienced residential Quantity Surveyor to help with this huge project in the City. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a £1bn project which consists of 3,000-units with retail, restaurant and café facilities to make up this unique development. The Quantity Surveyor’s role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for a number of packages within this project, with continuous responsibility being added for their development and progression. The Quantity Surveyor will be stepping into the phase 3 of this development, where it includes demolition of existing structures and the construction of a mixed used development of 1,300 new houses up to 25 storeys in height. The Quantity Surveyor The Quantity Surveyor needs to be an experienced and motivated individual, with their previous project history in residential or mixed used schemes, ideally for a leading London developer or main contractor.
