Overview
Registered Manager, preferably Nurse Qualified, required for 52 Bed Home in Suffolk Your new company You will be working with a growing care provider who offer first rate care to it's residents. With a real family feel about the way the business is run, you can be assured of training and progression because their staff are made to feel part of their future development Your new role You will be managing a 52 bed home which cares for older people with dementia and offering end of life care. Working with a team of nurses and support staff, you will be stepping into a home that is currently classed as good by the CQC and you will expected to keep this high standard in place. What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will be Nurse qualified but if not, previous experience of similar role with a clear understanding of policies, process and legislation. You will be compassionate, flexible and offer a hands on approach to your role. Leading from the front to set an example and demonstrate the standards expected.
