Overview
My client are a business within the transport industry who are experiencing exciting growth and are actively recruiting for an HR Officer/ Coordinator. Currently the team are a team of 2, Head of HR and an HR Administrator. The new addition to the HR team will be heavily involved in all areas of the current HR function from administration to attending disciplinary, project work, supporting managers, recruitment and employee relations, plus other tasks, duties and responsibilities. You will be a team player, a confident communicator who is approachable and able to problem solve, be a trouble shooter, to be efficient and able think outside of the box. You will be knowledgeable in HR from education, studies to also hands on experience within a professional HR position. This client and work environment would suit someone who is personable, confident, willing patient with a can do attitude and approach to there work. This client is an SME business. This role is progressive role and will suit someone who is ambitious and seeking a career within HR.
