Overview

Venrec are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client, a successful firm of recruitment and training business based in Sittingbourne, Kent. Our client offers a range of courses both governments funded and employer funded. The role entails; Answering the phone and making calls to learners Preparing the board/meeting rooms for meetings (preparing drinks and taking minutes) Updating learner records Liaising with learners both face to face and by telephone/email General Admin duties (filing, scanning, etc.) Greeting learners and showing them to where they need to be Responding to emails that come through; and directing them to the relevant people A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience; Having organisational skills and being able to ensure that all tasks are completed within the allotted time Having a good telephone voice (being clear) Excellent communication skills Being confident to make outbound calls Experience making accurate notes would be beneficial Being well presented (relaxed company uniform provided) Experience working as part of a team The ability to work unsupervised Good IT skills and experience using the Microsoft package The hours for this role are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
