Overview
Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join our client’s successful recruitment and training business based in Sittingbourne, Kent. The role entails but is not limited to; All aspects of sales and purchase ledger processing in Sage Dealing with both customer and supplier statements, invoices and queries Administrative duties including but not limited to: scanning, accurate record keeping, preparing sales invoices, order processing and stock maintenance etc. Dealing with all companies within the group Speaking regularly to customers and suppliers Dealing with all aspects of the daily procedures within the accounts department A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience; Knowledge of Sage software would be beneficial but is not essential Excellent communication skills with a confident approach to problem solving Ability to successfully multi task with a high level of accuracy Demonstrate good time management skills in a busy environment Work well as part of a small team The salary for this role is from £18,500 but is flexible for the right candidate This role is a full time role. The hours for this role are 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
