Quantity Surveyor - Dagenham, Essex A leading specialist main contractor are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Essex based commercial team. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Main Contractor with an impressive turnover of over £150m, focusing within the Retail, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. The Quantity Surveyor’s role The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the management of various sites within London and the Home Counties. Sites will be handed to the Project Quantity Surveyor at different stages within the project and will require the QS to be able to pick these up from whatever position. This main contractor has a successful track record of developing Quantity Surveyors through their career into more senior positions. They will give you the training, development and structure to allow you to progress as quickly as possible. The Quantity Surveyor The Commercial Director is looking for the Quantity Surveyor to have experience within a similar main contractor, someone that has worked on large JCT new build schemes preferably on Commercial and Retail projects.
