Overview
Dietitian Brand Level: Band 6 or Band 7 Salary: £36,481 - £44,347 per annum Location: London Contract Type: Permanent, Full time ICS Health & Wellbeing is part of the ICS Group. We are currently recruiting for a Band 6/Band 7 Dietitian to support and deliver our growing Health community Services which include programmes for Type II diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, Childhood Weight Management, Cardiovascular and workplace health. You will be involved in developing and providing the nutritional aspects of the programmes as well as other aspects as the need arises. Duties: Review and Manage caseload of patients which will include delivering 1:1 Patient Consultations (Via phone and online Learning) Maintain accurate and up to date clinical records and liaise with GP practices. Maintain adequate CPD and continue to meet HCPC registration requirements. Deliver training and supervision to Health & Wellbeing Coaches. Support the training of the internal qualitative assessment framework. Develop resources and programmes as directed with support from wider internal/external teams. Working closely with internal/external stakeholders within a Multi-disciplinary team. Essential Experience and Qualifications: Membership of BDA or evidence of alternative professional indemnity insurance - Essential. You are a HCPC Registered Dietitian - Essential. Previous experience of presenting information in a confident, engaging and interactive manner to adults - Essential. Experience in delivering face to face groups and be familiar with delivering virtual interventions (phone and online learning) Full fluency in English - Essential. You possess a degree recognised for registration with HCPC - essential. Desirable Experience and Qualifications: Fluent in additional languages - Desirable. Experience of training in areas such as Motivational Interviewing and behaviour change - desirable. Membership and activity within BDA specialist Group - Desirable Successful Band 6 Candidates: Extensive clinical experience which includes experience of supporting patients in one or more areas (Type II Diabetes/Gestational Diabetes/ Adult Weight Management/ Childhood Weight Management/Cardiovascular Health/Workplace Health) Successful Band 7 Candidates: Clinical Experience of supporting patients in Two or more areas (Type II diabetes/Gestational Diabetes/Adult Weight Management/ Childhood Weight Management/Cardiovascular Health/Workplace Health) Project Management or Service Development experience is required for band 7 About ICS Group: ICS Group is a unique healthcare solutions platform with an integrated specialised staffing and healthcare services offering combining deep clinical expertise, digital capabilities, technology and analytics.
